This was my favorite lip balm over a decade ago, I don't think it has changed but my tastes and favorite lip balm have changed. it feels dry and never feels like it penetrates my skin and even hydrates it before being rubbed off quickly. I used to warm it up in my pocket/hands first so it doesn't feel dry, but that doesn't help much. Mint is very strong and irritates my skin.
