No support for Windows 11 and a slow SSD

I've been in IT for over 20 years. During that time I've used literally hundreds of different computers, but this is the first time I've tried one of these mini PCs. The closest I got to using a computer of this size was the Mac Mini, but of course it's a completely different (and more powerful) computer. This Trigkey computer is really small. It could almost fit in a pocket. Of course, it would be easy to take it to the office or on a trip if you had a monitor and keyboard/mouse to plug into. I ordered it to play with and also gave it to my daughter for her homework. She borrowed my laptop but I decided it was time for her to put the computer in her room. At $268 for a full computer with RAM and SSD storage, I wasn't expecting this to be a gaming PC. I knew it was going to be pretty slow, but overall I'm pleasantly surprised so far. Only one HD monitor is connected, and the video quality and performance is suitable for watching YouTube videos, Netflix movies, browsing websites, and using popular productivity apps like Microsoft Word. As another reviewer mentioned, the SSD seems to be quite slow. I can experience this when copying files to or from the hard drive or when Windows is actively using swap space on the hard drive. There is room inside for another SSD so I can do that later. But so far it works well for my daughter's daily needs. The BIOS needs to be updated for this computer to support Windows 11. I'm not sure if the manufacturer will provide the required update or not, but I'm sure Windows 10 will be supported for a while longer, so this isn't an immediate issue. my.
