The replacement straps are narrower than the original factory straps.
Replacement belts are narrower than the original factory belts. Also, the strap that goes between the legs is much longer than the original factory strap (which gives the child plenty of wiggle room to wiggle, especially if you're not using a tray). Be sure to secure your child with the shoulder straps to prevent them from falling out. Otherwise no problem.
