Ok after reading other reviews I wasn't sure if I really wanted to try this or not but for now it is only one i can find a cheap unit like this one and they were selling two for $26 instead of one for $20. Note. I ended up with two, both exactly the same. What it doesn't work: I noticed that I had to leave the device alone for about 30 seconds after turning it on. After that it seems to work. Switching Delay: About a minute after turning on the device, the relay seemed to trip a few seconds after entering the sensor area (about 1 to 4 seconds). Sensor range: Definitely not 25ft as stated on the packaging, I'd say around 10ft but that's fine in my situation. Functionality: Unfortunately the only configurable parameter is the time, but I think it's the most important parameter. it has SOMETHING like 1, 2, 5, 10, I don't remember exactly but for my "man cave" as people call it, or "anonymous operations center" as my friends and family call it, 10 minutes is enough. . When we leave the room I know the light will go out after a while and I don't have to worry about my little brother leaving it on. his work is pretty good. I wasn't sure if I'd give 3 or 4 stars but I think it's working for now so I'm giving 4. My only issue is the range of the sensor.
