I've had a crazy sweating problem for years and have only worn black all winter because I sweat more when I'm cold. I could sweat from almost anything, even just sitting on the couch, but since I started using Carpe Underarm a few weeks ago, I've noticed a HUGE difference in the amount of sweat I've had! I followed the directions for the first two weeks and used it twice a day, but after that I started using it just once in the morning and it's been life changing.
