I suffer from horrible muscle spasms which I treat with topical foam. it works great for that. The only thing I have to point out about this is the lack of instructions or even a line on the bottle so you can tell how much you can fill without overfilling when the pump refills. My medicine is quite expensive so I prefer not to overfill and don't want to underfill as you never know exactly how much local medicine you will need in one trip. Will probably buy a second bottle to fill up and keep in my registered bag.
