Stray without snow

This is my second: for another street cat? When he's hanging out in my yard eating my cat food, the little guy needs a warm bed. We don't have an outside socket. A strange oversight when building the house. But we have no more snow. We used to only have the lowest possible amount of dust every 7 years or so. Frost, we get. And it's not kittens that love my garage. This item is best used in another variant of a cat house or cat bed when used outside. And oh so luxuriously soft!
