Headphones are really good but installation is difficult. The instructions direct you to an online setup page, but there is no setup, just registration. So I tried to read mountains of instructions. Pooh. I called my tech grandson who tried but we had to get to the back of my TV on the wall. So he called his father to help him remove the TV from the wall. Once they got the right cable in the right place, the TV was back in place. Next I had to figure out where to run the audio cables. After some trial and error, the two finally worked, but not perfectly, as you can still hear the sound outside of the headphones. I'm fine because I live alone. So they work and are comfortable and I can hear the words clearly.
