When it arrived, balloons were put in the mail envelope. They weren't sorted, it took us quite a while to get organized and make sure we had everything. Even some of them stuck to the envelope's zipper and rendered them unusable. I was very disappointed with the lack of care taken in the delivery of this item. No real instructions were given. We used the photo from the site to guess. We used what is listed on Revain to sort the balloons. We bought it for our granddaughter's 10th birthday. Very happy to give her something that should be cute and make the jewelry look outstanding. Several sticky objects were attached to the balloons, but they didn't hold the balloons together. The mermaid tail didn't stick together no matter what we did to secure it. Negligence in Shipment of an Order. Missing directions. The elements holding the balloons together don't work. It turned a beautiful decoration into a complete disaster.
