I used these in a 2016 Wrx after replacing the orange side markers with clear smoked lenses. I needed the perfect amber color as I was out of orange lens and this was the only correct color lens. The brightness also had to be higher than regular halogen to get through the tinted lens; back to the point. Great price and great product so far. I can't talk about longevity yet, but I'll let you know when they die. I will say be careful during installation and make sure they work before closing everything. There's a 50% chance you'll install it the wrong way round and it won't turn on. LEDs require +12V on the right connector. It's very difficult to get to these lights on wrx so make sure they're on before you close everything.
