Bought for my 2 year old son's birthday. She lived it and I had high hopes for her. It was pretty easy to use. The picture quality is normal, but again for small children. The main reason for such a low rating was that my daughter dropped it in the first month, and the case and side silicone inserts in no way absorbed the fall, and the screen turned into stripes. She's 2, so not a very long fall to the floor.
