On the first order one was broken, and on the second - none. Use these to retrofit existing aquarium bookshelves (custom size covers) along with a 12V LED power supply and a set of 2.1 x 5.5mm DC pigtail sockets. I simply cut out the inner plastic part of the hood and attached the bulbs with zip ties. I've had it for over a month and the aquarium plants seem fine. I used two 6 gallon bulbs and 4 30 gallon bulbs.
