Review on Soft and Gentle Medline Ultrasoft Dry Baby Wipes - The Perfect Choice for Your Little One by Kevin Bigelow

Much better than storing napkins.

I walked back and forth to get baby wipes for my newborn. During a hospital birth, the nurses informed me that the hospital no longer uses regular "baby wipes". They provided me with cloth napkins like the ones I am reviewing. The nurse just told me to wet them and use them as usual. In the hospital, I liked this option much better. I bought them to use like in the hospital. These towels are MUCH softer than those sold at the hospital. They are bigger too. I bought a diaper dispenser to store them after they are done. I simply moisten the wipes with water and put them in the diaper dispenser. The wipes fit in my regular dispenser. I make one pack per dispenser (about 50 wipes I think) to prevent mold or bacteria growth. Between each "batch" I rinse the diaper dispenser again to prevent bacterial growth. You can moisten as you like, I like them a little moister than regular baby wipes. Also, you only need one wipe per diaper change, regardless of the contents of the diaper :) My daughter has never had skin sensitivity, so I can't speak to that, but for most of her life, cloth wipes with just the addition of water is all I do have. boo My product came in a large box and the wipes are neatly packaged in a quantity of 50 wipes. Very economical option with fewer chemicals. I will definitely continue to buy this product.
