The ability to see who is working from home or in an office at any given time as well has been able for us track all our employees hours which helps with payroll management when we have people out sick etc so no issues there! It's easy enough that anyone can use it without needing training but also gives you lots more detail than just basic stats if needed - like how many calls were made per day/weekday vs weekend days / weekdays during different timeslots (if applicable). We're using this mainly internally within one department however I'm sure other companies would be interested too seeing what they could do themselves rather then hiring someone else?
