Have been using it every night for over 2 weeks. I was 20 weeks pregnant and had back pain when I woke up and since using it (22 weeks now) I have had no back pain. Pros: very comfortable, not a huge pillow on the bed, keeps me on my side most of the time, snug enough for my needs. Cons: Can still end up on back over time, pillow and duvet are "separated/spread out" (I have a tip for that), some people may think it's not tight enough. I think the pillow is great for my size and keeps me snuggly but still has room to roll over. My advice: put it inside a standard pillowcase and use a hair elastic to tie the open end to the tightness you want if you're on the smaller side. No more loosening or smearing! I would buy it again in a heartbeat and recommend it.
