I don't know how or somehow my daughter managed to do this, but the fabric tore and there was a hole for my daughter to climb out of. The cloth also detached from one of the metal bars, revealing it. It worked for about a week and was great, but not worth that kind of money in my opinion. Tried to contact the company as they said lifetime warranty but no luck.
