Great platform to easily integrate and manage various communications
I like that it is integrated with other tools we use such as Slack for communication between our team members internally or externally (customers).
It's also very simple so anyone can understand how things work without having any technical background knowledge required! Nothing yet but everything seems great about this tool thus far - would love more integrations coming soon though!! Definitely check out all of these features before you decide if its right fit your needs/company culture etc.: 1) internal messaging2.) external customer support3.).
Pros
- I love the internal messaging and customer support features these are features we use the the company internally for our team!
Cons
- I would love more integrations with other tools such as Slack for internal communication as we are a team that is very integrated with Slack and also other tools! It's a great tool with great features but would love more integrations with other tools for internal communication!
