Review on 🧤 Illinois Glove Company Thinsulate Glomitt by Anna Hall

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not for men with sausage fingers, poor stitching, no logo on wrist, no 50% wool/50% nylon

I liked the look of the gloves because they (almost) match another 3M Thinsulate, 40 Grams, a almond/vanilla gloves (whatever white with brown leather palms). A closer look reveals numerous flaws that deserve attention.1. These gloves do not have a 3M Thinsulate badge with weight and model number. However, the label is clearly visible on the black gloves listed here.2. The stitching isn't precise, causing me to (at one point) put my fingers through my fingers multiple times before they fit.3. The label inside reads: 50% wool (rag), 40% polyester, 10% acrylic. For comparison, the pair I had were 50% wool (rags) and 50% nylon. In short, if you're a person who has previously (comfortably) put their hands in a pair of T-40L 40 gram Thinsulate gloves, then they won't work for you. As for me, I'm debating returning these.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some insects
