My toddler kept finding things to throw in the air and watching them fall. . Things that can have harmful effects. Then I found this one. They are great for throwing and won't hurt your little one or damage your belongings. The quality so far is excellent. They have been lying around my house every day since we bought them a few weeks ago and the bust has never been opened. The filling resembles plastic balls. I like it as it doesn't add extra weight and doesn't go bad if they spill or are left outside. There's also a crisp cellophane lining that adds texture. I thought it was weird at first, but the kids seem to like it. They also helped with learning colors and counting. I will order more. Various themes and more. I highly recommend it.
