Not protective, doesn’t hold shape

It’s cute but not protective. It’s made of weak material, more like a windbreaker. Linearly I was worried to pick it up machine in it because it felt like it would fall through. It doesn’t hold its shape like the pictures. When it came folded up in small bag I was immediately concerned. I wouldn’t use it to travel. Which is what I needed this for. So I’m pretty disappointed in this and will return.

I love this bag but I’m so upset that it didn’t come with the shoulder strap.
