I originally received this drone, but after I couldn't go home and fell in the middle of the forest, customer service sent me a replacement. We flew it exactly once, and the next time we tried to start it it wouldn't connect to the controller. We loaded and tried two different batteries and replaced the batteries in the controller just in case and nothing. I contacted support and they refused to help saying it was not a guarantee. They said buy a new one! WHY should I do this after two of them didn't work? Invest in a better brand with a longer warranty so you can fly it at least once or twice. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!
