It only took Clarence 5 minutes to find his new perch on the windowsill and make it his favorite spot. He can watch the birds flying by or take a good nap. Four suction cups are enough to hold his 13 kilos securely. Before installation, you need to clean and dry the suction cups and window. My experience with devices held with suction cups is that they will eventually fall off (although you can put them back in) so I would recommend positioning this perch in a location where a fall will not injure the kitten. The perch hammock was easy to assemble. Additional details have been provided - sticky pads in case you can't or don't want to use suction cups. Instructions for additional parts are not provided but that was not a problem. This is a very basic cat perch but my big boy is very happy.
