I am very happy with this mount. It was easy to install with the help of the helpful YouTube video others have mentioned and seems very stable as a single bolt mount even when fully extended. I love the flexibility it offers to rotate my TV to any angle and position it at any distance from the wall. Two things: Incline adjustment is very easy once you figure out you can use the ratchet to further adjust the tightness (pull out, twist and drop back). However, I found the level adjustment quite tricky. This is a great feature for keeping your set perfectly level, but the screws are in a hard-to-reach place. You will need a small 10mm spanner to make this adjustment properly, which the instructions should be clearer on. I scraped the screws to make this adjustment with my tight space tools, but AV-Express was kind enough to send me new screws to have on hand in the future - great service. All in all, this mount is worth the money. and I appreciated AV-Express's excellent YouTube how-to videos and Brian's super-fast support team. Thanks very much!
