Review on Delta 54445 BL PK H2Okinetic Handshower Stainless by Beth Wagner

I have been using this product for almost a year now. For the first month, the shower stall just didn't hold up in the bracket. They startled both my husband and I at night when he decided to fall out of the bracket and crash on the shower floor. We honestly thought someone broke into the house. He's done it 4 more times since then, now the real shower head is cracked and dented and I can't believe I paid $132 for this piece of flimsy stainless steel body. I wanted stainless steel because I thought it would be more durable than a regular chrome head. NO. This shower head is so thin I honestly don't believe it's made of stainless steel. We stopped putting it back in the shower holder and letting it hang down to drain that way. I once got a bad bruise on my shoulder in the shower when it fell out of the holder. I've since bought another shower head for a third of the price and it's great. I will ask this company's customer service about their product even if it's been a year.
