I bought an electrical nerve stimulator for pain relief in order to relieve pain in the joints and muscles after training. I can say that this wonderful device copes with its task perfectly. Pain is relieved by electrical stimulation of nerve endings using electrode plates, which, by the way, can be used up to 150 times. There are three massage modes: tapping, kneading, rubbing. They are easy to care for, just wash them. In general, the purchase is satisfied, I advise.
