The Velcro straps that connect the bottom of the pillow to the headrest are right next to the child's ears. Incredibly difficult to attach without my nephew's hair getting caught in the velcro. This resulted in me not using the pillow at all. I also noticed that the velcro strap scratches the ears. The pillow is not the right height for the bottle to flow. It's just on his stomach so he can't get milk from that angle. It is also very bulky and will not bend.
