Review on SOMIC Detachable Headphones Lightweight Self Adjusting by Anatoly Yorgason

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Finally affordable quality kitty headset

As advertised. Light and comfortable on the ears without much pressure, so glasses wearers like me don't feel any discomfort. Ears do get warm after a while, but without the expected cooling gel in the pads, and it's not so much that your ears feel wet. - The sound is top notch and the microphone is good. Easy operation is ensured by the mute and volume control on the cable. My friend said that the "click" he makes when I mute the sound is nice to let him know what I have. It comes with a connector to plug it into your computer's microphone and speaker ports, but if you're not using a microphone you can just plug it in directly, making it great for almost any electronic device than regular headphones. looks exactly like the pictures, from the color to the design. One of the big factors that influenced my choice was the color "purple" (it strikes me as more like cornflower blue), since most cat ear models are either black or pink, which gives them something unique and girly, but not like that bright, like pink gum. The cat ears are detachable, so if you need to take them off or you just don't like them, you can. You can even put them on other headsets since they are made of rubber. I chose this particular model because it doesn't light up as I found it to be a feature I don't use often and after a while it annoys me when it's on. However, there's a pink version that illuminates the face from the side and the mic if you're interested. Speaking of the face, it's a little hard to spot, but it's cute. What surprised me is that it actually seems to be quite durable. I wouldn't throw it, but a drop or two shouldn't hurt them. Overall it's 10 out of 10 for me. If anything changes I will give an update.
