During a motorcycle trip that I was supposed to take to the national park, I wanted something convertible so that when I finished my trip at my destination, I could just open my shins and go camping. These pants were the ticket. Not only do they dry fairly quickly, but they also repel water. The zip pocket was a great way to store my wallet and keys when camping, as well as other pockets to store other stuff. I would recommend these pants to people looking for versatility. It's cool to ride somewhere and then unzip for comfort, especially in warmer climates.
