I ordered this unit to replace my old broken air conditioner. It arrived 4 days early in perfect condition - thank goodness! Today the temperature is supposed to rise to 90 degrees. The installation instructions were clear and complete. We had an old unit and my new one installed and cooled the room in less than 2 hours. I couldn't be happier or more grateful. Thank you to everyone involved in getting this unit shipped to me! After much research on replacement wall units, it is clear that this unit outperforms most others at a reasonable price.
