Love the color and the ease with which baby is close. The supplied mattress is terrible. I bought a spare and use the one that came with it to lie on my stomach on our hardwood floors. My son (3 months old) sometimes gets his hands caught in the bars, but that's just because of the size. It wasn't that much of a problem if he was swaddled more often. The breaks at the bottom could definitely be replaced with something better. It's just a metal Z piece that bolts to the pivot part. This seems to have been added after some thought and not much design thought was put into it. I have to be careful that he's not near my wall because he'll scratch my baseboard if he was. I also had to tighten the screws once because it started to wobble. Use some improvements with the design and quality of the mattress.
