I didn't expect the quality to be so high.

I used to have a Canon powershot sx110 is, also a good model, that's why I took the 150th model and did not regret it. In terms of price-quality ratio, everything has successfully developed in this model. More recently, I began to delve into manual modes and the quality of the pictures pleases me even more than before, when I shot only in AUTO mode, but even then the pictures turned out to be good. I recommend this model as an uncomplicated, reliable friend in the world of photography.

Pros

Although this device is a soap box, it allows you to take very high-quality pictures. A very convenient menu - everything is very simple and accessible, especially since there are always hints on the screen what and where. It fits comfortably in your hand, which is very important, and it looks very pleasant. Of course, the most super when everything turns out to be done in manual mode, but the fact is that AUTO mode responds adequately to shooting, it can only overestimate ISO, but again, everything is solved using semi-manual, or manual mode (they are not needed they’re afraid, I’m not a pro either, but I’m slowly mastering it, and I like it :) because the final result of the photo is always visible on the screen in advance, you need to make it lighter, you need to darken, everything is simple and accessible). The zoom works with a bang, of course, at the maximum quality is already lost, but it doesn’t happen differently. The video is written in very good quality, the zoom can also be brought closer during the shooting of the video, which is very pleasing. And to start shooting video in photo mode, you do not need to turn the wheel - there is a separate button - very convenient. Macro photography is also pleasing to the eye. For amateurs, there are shootings using various special effects - miniature effect, certain color enhancement, poster effect, fisheye, toy camera effect, monochrome mode (black and white, sepia tones, blue and white images, color replacement shooting, shooting when a smile is detected, or when a face is detected) - all this allows you to use this camera in a fairly wide range.
