Recently changed headlights on my '96 Ford F250. These clips are by far the biggest challenge on the job. Definitely not one of Ford's best ideas. I watched a few YouTube videos on how to do this since I'm a backyard mechanic. easy's saw simply switches in place to remove the entire grill assembly. After trying the tactic on the spot and breaking all three old brackets, I proceeded to disassemble the entire grill assembly, which was well worth the extra effort. You can then conveniently access those frustrating clamps from wherever you set up your grill. Still trying to remove them, I used the clamp washer pliers to expand the clamp fasteners. It made a big difference. To do this I used a small flat head screwdriver to insert it under the closed part of the clamp, place it on the ledge on the grille and remove it. Much luck.
