It did not help me. But I still have them both. I do not know what's up. Sometimes it talks about low battery and doesn't show weight. A working battery is required. The only reason I bought it is because it shows I don't need to lift a heavy suitcase to lift weight. But it did not work. I had to use a regular scale right before the trip. I wish you could fix it so I can use it again. I thank you for your help. When it works, this is a great scale, even for the elderly who need to weigh their luggage with ease. Many Thanks.
