I received a customer reply email from Jade Roller, BAIMEI and Revain explaining where to find a piece of Gua Sha Jade that I mistakenly thought was missing. The product is as advertised, easy to use and really relaxes the face and neck. Thank you BAIMEI and Revain customer service for answering my first review. I find this product to be a 5 star product and makes a wonderful gift.
