I had to solder wires to make it work.
Bad manufacturers. The tripod is rubbish had to use a jobi instead and worst of all half the ring didn't light up so I opened it up and saw they hadn't even soldered the positive wire to the right side of the ring. I had to pull out a soldering iron and screwdriver to fix it. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
