The platform itself was easy to use, had great documentation available online as well as support staff that were able to answer any questions we may have had quickly when needed. I do like how it also has integration with other platforms such as Slack which made running our tests from multiple locations much easier than using tools built in house or in standalone products. It helped us keep track of what test cases were being run across all testers at once time allowing quick identification if something needs reviewing before release. For now this seems adequate but would be interested to see where they go next! We are solving problems by adding more robustness into existing systems via load testing them thoroughly prior to deployment. This allows us to identify issues early giving teams confidence going forward knowing their system will perform effectively during peak times without having to wait until after launch. As an extension we can help provide insight about user experience so improving design decisions moving forwards too.
