We used to have a 5 wheel trailer and have been touring the US constantly for 2 years. I installed this shower head in our RV and absolutely loved it. We recently sold our RV and moved into our stick and stone house, and one of the first improvements I made was to ditch the builder's shower head and buy a different Qxygenic RV shower head. Nothing to regret. Although our house has good water pressure, this RV shower head amplifies the water flow and makes the flow even stronger. Now there are comments about this shower head having more than one 'setting'. When it's on, water flows out of the head, and the shape of the jet is fixed and not adjustable. You can stop the flow with the included shut-off valve that fits onto the flexible hose so you can lather. When a thread terminates, the thread doesn't actually terminate completely. The stream just keeps dripping. This is for a security reason. If you use the device to completely shut off the flow at the shower head while the faucet is still on, there is a chance you will get a jet of water when you turn the flow back on with the shower head ON/OFF device. Hot water when switched from OFF to ON. If the jet drips while you're frothing, the temperature of the water stays "moderate" and when you turn the jet back on, it returns to the same temperature it was when you turned it off.
