Satisfied Blue light blocking glasses

Satisfied with the purchase. Red lentils are far superior to the more popular amber lentils when trying to get the most out of reducing blue and green light and therefore boosting your melatonin production. I have amber glasses that I have worn and can attest to this from personal experience. These glasses let some light into my face, but not much. They let in less light than the Sleep Savior Ultra glasses that I compared to them and decided they were better. Everyone has a different head and face size and shape, so I don't think there will ever be perfect zero light goggles. Unless, one day, those glasses are made out of a special material that molds to the shape of your face. (Hopefully this will happen at some point as 0% VLT is way better than 5% VLT or the way it's going. (top, bottom, sides). Also if you're using them on a computer at night I'd suggest putting them in To use in conjunction with programs like F.lux or SunsetScreen to lower the "temperature" of your monitors and create an effect similar to those glasses. F.lux and SunsetScreen are only free for a week and then $10, but in general they are better and allows me to adjust the temperature of the monitor to 500 K. With the help of SunsetScreen, which reduces the temperature of my monitor to 500 K at night before bed, and with these red glasses, I can use the computer until the use last minute before going to sleep with minimal sleep problems.
