A Good Pillow Without Adjustment
The description seemed to imply that the pillow came with additional inserts for adjustments. There were none in my package. Fortunately, it did not matter as the pillow was fine just the way it was. It did have a slight odor initially. But I followed their suggestion of washing the pillowcase and letting the pillow air out for a couple of days before use. With any pillow, an important factor is how long it holds up in use. That will take some time to determine.
