I'm 5'6", weigh 160 lbs and wear a shirt with a 15 1/2" neckline and 32/33" sleeves. Large size fits me perfectly, long enough when I'm on Leaning the bike, long sleeves just enough with arms placed in front (sleeve length itself on jacket is probably about 35/36 inches, with stretch fabric after sleeve, so arm length up to 36" can probably wear this well, although at longer lengths a Pulling on you can be, back towards your wrists when stretching your arms towards the handlebars A good zip pocket on the left chest seems roomy enough - my iPhone 5 in a ballistics case fits well and zip leaves a bit of room I can still wearing these beautiful ones...but I think if you were over 5ft 8" you might want XL and over 175lbs you might as well want XL...I wear a 33-34 waist." and i have to pull in my stomach when i start Ended up zipping up but once I've started there's plenty of room - the material is stretchy so it's comfortable to wear and works with wider chests than mine, although it can stretch uncomfortably when I'm crouched on a bike - at I only feel the beginning of the stretch when I'm "clumsy". 4 stars as I haven't really used it yet but the china made sizing might be an issue so happy with this part and it seems like a good quality material for the price actually looks pretty good .
