This bar is a pretty good size (two per pack), feels a little firm, and has a *very* light scent (raspberry in my case). Nice lather, a bit slippery and less sudsy than average soaps I've tried, but not by much. Rinse thoroughly. I have a hard time admiring soap, but if I were to make my own soap for my own use, I would strive for it. Some more specific notes: * Like soap: excellent. My only permanent dry patch hasn't been a problem since I started using it. * As a shampoo: also great. The hair is clean and combable. The lather will dissipate in the short time it takes to wash the body and come back to wash it out of the hair, but that doesn't matter.* Shaving: Not very good. The blade feels stickier than with liquid soap which I use instead of foam/gel. I think the foam is not strong enough for this kind of use. As the song says, two out of three isn't bad. Replacing two shower products (three if you count the conditioner) with one is still pretty cool.
