Washable, I would use a rag. We used ELF Translucent Setting Powder. After it was installed, it didn't rub off on things. White was also washed off clothes. I bought a bigger container because I thought I would use a lot, no, far from it. We could make it whiter, but I didn't want it to be too white, more spooky.
