Review on TOUNTLETS by Mark Caperton

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The definition of disappointment is examined in TOUNTLETS.

I have to add that the previous evaluation of TOUNTLETS is way too favorable coming from a debater. From beginning to end, this internet store is a complete and total letdown. First off, the choice in the areas of furniture, cycling, and home and kitchen items isn't just mediocre—it's embarrassing. It appears that TOUNTLETS gathered whatever they could off a clearance rack and called it a day. Their furniture options are especially disappointing; they appear to be more appropriate for a college dorm than a reputable online retailer. And let's not even begin to discuss their website. It feels like it was created in the early 2000s since it is slow and clumsy. It's not just ugly; using it is frustrating as well. It serves as a good illustration of how not to create an e-commerce site. But TOUNTLETS' customer service is arguably their weakest flaw. You'll have a hard time getting any assistance from their support staff if you have any problems with your order. They are unhelpful, unresponsive, and don't appear to be interested in genuinely resolving your issues. To sum up, I wouldn't suggest TOUNTLETS to anyone. It is a total waste of time and resources. Look elsewhere if you want to prevent disappointment and really find high-quality home and cycling products.

Pros
  • Selection that is practical and useful.
Cons
  • Products are only so-so in quality.
