Update November 8, 2018: I got caught in heavy rain while hiking. The bag even slipped through small puddles. He kept my gear dry! This backpack has everything I was looking for. Even though I only owned it for 9 days, I knew right away that I wanted this. Before I bought this one, I bought three other backpacks for over $75 each. I sent them all back after unpacking. This backpack is small, simple, comfortable, water resistant (I haven't personally tested it yet) and holds all my gear (I can't post more than one photo). , has two outer pockets (one for a tripod, the other for a large water bottle). This is exactly what I was looking for. I'm just disappointed in myself for not buying it sooner.
