Review on Volanic Leather Ratchet Automatic Buckle Men's Accessories for Belts by James Rogers

I put the strap on once and had trouble releasing the ratchet buckle. I put it on the next day and couldn't unbuckle the ratchet buckle. I had to cut the belt. I have sent this information to the seller but have not received a response. The belt was only $9 so it wasn't a huge loss but I figured the seller would at least let me know they got my message and let me know if this is a common problem with this type of belt.
