I take 4 bike classes a week and was about to drop the bail for hitting my ladies. I bought several pairs of good quality suede bike shorts, wear them without underwear and apply Hoo Ha Ride liberally before starting. It has a slight tingling sensation which I thought was a problem as I'm allergic to things on my skin. I can't tell you how much more comfortable I felt raising the handlebars a few inches to keep myself more upright. I'm glad my teacher approved this product.
