I have another product from this company that I really like and I really wanted to love this water bladder but it is not usable. This is a good product in every way except for water usage. The mouthpiece is very uncomfortable when sucking and is almost impermeable to water. I was very close to heat exhaustion during workouts trying to use this because I couldn't get enough water. It's a struggle just to take a sip. I come back. If he had the right mouthpiece that would be great.
