The best thing about this product was its ease in use, it's very simple to get started with as well as easy for my team members who have no technical background at all! I think there should be more tutorials or videos available online so people can learn how things work without having to pay someone else money to teach them what they need to know.

This has helped us keep track of our logs easily because we don't require any additional hardware like other products do. It also helps me see where issues may arise when using certain applications which gives me time to fix those problems before an issue arises within production.
