After all the reviews I thought I would like it. I used this with my iPhone 7 while listening to an audio book. It turns off when I put my phone in my pocket and leave. I put it on the table and turned away to check the range and it broke off as I turned away. This works great when my phone is in the same spot and I'm sitting in the same spot a few feet away. So either the blue tooth is straightened or the wires break when moving. I'll try that later with my iPad Air and see if I have a problem. I bought it to listen to audio books while working out or cleaning the house. It won't work for that. My very old LG Bluetooth headphones didn't behave like this until the wires were frayed clean, after which I threw them away.
