Cosmetically perfect, in original packaging, with papers and everything else. The only things it didn't have were stickers and strands of hair. A quick look with a makeup brush and it's like new. As a device, this is one of the best mobile controllers I could find. GamingSir is also a good choice but they are more expensive, don't have analog triggers for racing games etc. They are designed by Gamingvice and sold as a Razer product, unlike Gamingvice they don't have 3.5 jack but they do have pass-through charging . works perfectly. Unfortunately, you can't keep your case, mainly because the USB-C connector isn't long enough for it. It fits my Galaxy S20 fe snugly and is a xinput based device, so it's a Steam Link dream. Now to the haptics: the face buttons can hardly be felt, the Dpad is damn soft, the triggers aren't the smoothest. But they don't wobble, the bumpers feel solid, as do the joysticks. Start button, select and home button work fine, overall I'm happy with it for $45 full retail price, I'm a little underwhelmed. if you have a Razor Phone. You have to go to the razor to find different rubber inserts for home phones, which is weird all things considered.
